Precise Carpentry Limited were delighted to be appointed the chosen carpentry contractors for the development of two luxury 5 bedroom detached houses, located in the salubrious neighbourhood of Oaklands, Welwyn.
The result was a stunning pair of high-end, premium houses, with precise carpentry at the core. Involved in the process from beginning to end including regular consultations and therefore delivered the project on time.
Precise Carpentry delivered the complete carpentry package for both plots, which consisted of:
- Joists and flooring
- Trussed roofs with fascia and soffit
- 1st fix
- 2nd fix
- Oak staircase and handrails with glass balustrades
- Finals
- Garage roofs with fascia and soffit
- Porch roofs

This insists of a pub and a 45 Bedroom lodge, it includes all work to BOH in the pub, 1st and 2nd fix, kitchen in a manager’s flat above the pub. The lodge includes, floating floors, 1st and 2nd fix, kitchens, linen rooms and finals.

This was a big office fit-out inside a converted warehouse. Within this we formed stud walls in between steels to create offices, completed 1st and 2nd fixing and fitted kitchens.

This was a 68 bedroom project where we completed 1st fixing, 2nd fixing, finals, kitchens and fitting oak stairs with glass balustrades.
